Information to Travellers
To ensure a nice trip and in accordance with federal and customs laws, Concais offers some important information and links about the required documentation to embark in a cruise trip. You may also check on Federal Police, Itamaraty and the Government website.
It´s important to bring the original document in good conditions, with an updated photo and issue date less than 10 years. It´s not allowed to embark with document copies even if they are certified.
Authorization for Lodging - For minors who will travel unaccompanied, in addition to the authorization to travel, the authorization for lodging is required, according to article 250 of Law No. 8,069, of July 13, 1990. Authorization is mandatory for National and international trips.

National - Trips
BRAZILIAN ADULTS
Identity card or any other valid document in Brazil: CREA, OAB, CRM, etc.
MINORS - 12 TO 18 YEARS
Identity Card (ID).
LESS THAN 12 YEARS
Children less than 12 years, on a trip the NATIONAL:

International - Trips
BRAZILIAN
Valid passport or Identity Card (ID). The passport will be required in cruises to Tierra Del Fuego and in crossing cruises between Brazil and Europe. In case of trips to Mercosul countries like Argentina, Chile or Uruguay you may travel with your id with updated photo and signature. Other types of documents authorized in Brazil like CREA, OAB and CRM won’t be accepted.
FOREIGN
It’s mandatory a valid passport (please check the expiry date of the visas). For foreign living in Brazil it‘s also required the RNE (National Register for foreign), according to law 6.815 from august 19, 1980. (http://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/leis/L6815.htm)
Minors – Children (0 to 12 years) and Adolecents (12 to 18 YEARS)
