Concais - Informações Sobre Embarque e Desembarque - Concais S.A.
How to Embark
Luggage must be labeled. There will be scanners before embarkation so check the prohibited items list.
Embarkation
- Concais recommends that passengers come to the Terminal after 11:30 am due to disembarkation that happens in the morning.
FOR PASSENGERS THAT COME TO THE TERMINAL BY BUS
Buses must wait for the instructions from the Terminal to enter in the facility. As soon as they are allowed to access the Terminal, buses must go to the Luggage Warehouse, gate 10 (P10).
Passengers must take their luggage to the corresponding counter to check if it is correctly tagged and take the pass number to embark. Luggages will be taken by Concais luggage porters next to the counters.
After delivering the luggage, passengers should wait for check in and embarkation instructions in the main hall (Aldo Leone’s lounge). There are television and loudspeakers to give information.
Disembarkation
Disembarkation happens in the morning when passengers go to the Terminal to get their luggage. All baggages must be identified with colored tags given a night before by the ship.
After taking the luggage, passengers should go outside the terminal. It is important to be sure that all suitcases were taken because once you leave the disembarkation lounge it won’t be allowed to return to it.
Buses will be in the platform and receptionists will help passengers to find their buses.
Guests with private vehicles can wait for their cars in the main hall (Aldo Leone lounge). The exit is at gate 3 (P3).
For those who left their vehicles in Concais’ parking lot they should go to platform 43.
Taxi is available at platform 2.
If you have any doubt, there are receptionists all over the Terminal to help you.
