What’s the best time to arrive at the terminal?
We suggest that passengers arrive at the terminal after 11h30 since we have disembarkation in the morning.

Where can I park my car?
To leave your car in Concais Parking lot you must go to gate 10 (P10). There is a valet service, theft and fire insurance, security 24h a day and your car will be parked inside the terminal’s facilities.
Passengers must take their luggage to the corresponding counter to check if it is correctly tagged and take the pass number to embark. Luggages will be taken by Concais luggage porters next to the counters.
After delivering the luggage, the passenger goes to Aldo leones’ lounge to wait for instructuions for check-in and embarkation.

Is the parking lot near to the Terminal?
Yes. The parking lot is inside the Terminal.

How are the pass number calls made?
Pass numbers are announced on loudspeakers and on the televisions around the Terminal.

Regulated road lines. Which buses can I get from the terminal and where can I find them?
There is no longer a line to Rio de Janeiro

Which objects are forbidden in the ship?
Alcohol, food and drinks, weapons, sharp objects such as knives or scissors, explosive or flammable materials, items that heat up or generate flames such as irons, candles, incense, kettles and drones. This security procedure is carried out in all Ports in the World. In the passenger's package or voucher purchase agreement, you can check the list of these prohibited items.

Which documents do I need to embark?
NATIONAL TRIPS
You must have a valid ID (identity card) or another valid document in the Brazilian territory such as CREA, OAB, CRM, etc., in good condition, within less than ten years of dispatch date and a recent photo. It’s not allowed to embark with copies even if they are certified.
INTERNATIONAL TRIPS
To Mercosul countries the passenger has to show a valid passport or an ID card in good conditions and within less then 10 years of dispatch date. If you will travel with a minor and either you are not their parents or only one of them you must bring every documentation of the child or teenager and a court authorization written by the other parent.
